extends WaybackException

Exception thrown from ResourceIndex implementations upon failures while reading underlining index data.

As such, default status is SC_SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE.

TODO: should receive root-cause Exception. Code throwing this exception often does printStackTrace() - not a desirable practice.
